Naughty 40’s😁

What a great week it’s been! I celebrated my 40th and it’s theme was reggae. It was awesome! We had chocolate cake, cupcakes and heaps of fun dancing. My beautiful friend gifted me some Bob Marley apparels and I was over the moon. Definitely the highlight of my week. 

 

Planting and computering

During planting session, I created a face for the hedgehog plants. It was so much fun and it was hilarious. 

I love playing on the computer and it’s one of my favourite things to do. I love listening to music and playing games. 

 

Drama Supporter

I went to watch my friends at drama. It was fun to watch them practise their Xmas production. 

 

Trout Fishing

We went Trout fishing in Rotorua! It was an amazing experience and I caught a fish. 

 

Concert 2022

We had our end of year concert and it was epic! 

I performed Mr Boombastic and it was awesome.

I went for a walk around McGlouglin Park. We went over a bridge that was a little steep but fun to drive on. 

Look at my cool sign for the concert, Mr Boombastic! I was so happy to use this prop for our concert next week. 

 

Concert props and community outing

 

I helped paint Adriaan's gum boots for the concert. We mixed red,blue and yellow together and got maroon. 

I went for a walk about in the community with my friends. I always enjoy getting out and about, soaking in the sun and wind in my hair. 

Arts experiments and exercise

I did some tie~dye for how concert prep 

Went out to Maketu for a drive and a bit of exercise 

We were exploring with magnets, so we made a fishing pole and tied a magnet to the end of it in science and tech 

 

Harvey Norman/window shopping

We went to Harvey Norman for a look. I specially liked looking at the gaming head phones and all the electronics 

We had karaoke, I loved having a sing alon 

 

Bus trip and window shopping

This is me on the bus trip to Bayfair

And I really liked these watches we found at on of the stores 

 

Tenpin and painting

I went tenpin bowling on Monday, I love bowling specially if I get a strike

Today I helped Chrissy with some painting, we are painting probs for our concert

 

Craft cafe

 

I went to craft cafe this week and made a cool picture 

I am so proud of my accomplishments, I have made this for my mum Tess

Park bubbles and frisbee

 

We went for a walk to the park because it was a nice warm day after our cold snap

We had bubbles and good music, I was in charge of the speaker and we threw the frisbee around too was awesome fun 

Ten pin Bayfair trip

We have heaps of fun at tenpin after we played  we walked through bay fair.

Pj party bus trips

We got the bus to bay fair after we looked through the shops we went to the park,I’m loving the warmer weather 

 

We had a PJ party and played heaps of fun games then watched a movie in the afternoon we were all pretty tired 

Fun day Friday

 

We had a PJ day on Friday with lots of games and some dancing 

By the afternoon we were tired and watched a movie 

Craft cafe

 

Today we went to craft cafe at the church we had a nice morning tea.

And we did some rock painting, we will be finishing them next week 

People first & historic village bush walk

We went to people first this week to see Yi she is a advocate for people with disabilities 

 

On Wednesday we went for a walk around the historic village and came across some eels in the stream and a little bush walk, was really good to get out in a bit of nature  

Library and baking

We went to the library to choose some more books for the centre, while we were there we read some stories 

On Wednesday we had a cooking class and made some pancakes 

 

Art work & more computer time with Ian

I was helping Chrissy with some match stick art work, it was fun and we got a lot done, and we had to peel the pva glue off my fingers 🤗

I had some computer time with Ian and I made this really cool poster, with all my favourite colours on it, and also my favourite band.

 

Computer lesson

Having some computer lessons  and listening to music with my new head phones I think they are so cool.

 

Lunch at China Town

 

We went out for lunch at China town, and had a smorgasbord lunch, we all ate to much, I felt like having a sleep afterwards 

I had 2 helpings of dinner and also a couple of desserts

Shopping at Kmart

 

We went on a bus ride to Bayfair and I bought some new gaming head phones to use on the computer, i was so excited, and I love  my new head phones 

Matariki Lunch and Tenpin

I helped get all the roast veggies ready for matariki lunch. We all feel full after the big lunch 

We went tenpin bowling with my friends from Arohanui, and also with Chris and Joe, had a great time
