Bowling and DIY

This is my DIY project, here I am sanding a chest of drawers.

Indoor bowling, I could do this by using a simple wooden ramp.

We had a cool visit to the bowling club, and played pool.

Back at work!

Here I am cooking, preparing a banana cake for Matariki.

Because I work at the op shop, the Salvation Army put on a special something for its volunteers.

I received a certificate of appreciation, a new water bottle and puma t shirt. Plus lollies.

 

Good clothing deals.

I went to Farmers at Papamoa Plaza, here I am checking out cool hats. I saw some nice suits as well.

Other than dreaming about expensive stuff at Farmers, I got some great deals at the Salvation Army Shops. Cheaper too.

 

Maps and Computers

Back at the centre I found the web page of what we had seen at the council, I really like using maps.

On Monday we visited the Te Puke Memorial hall for a presentation by the Western District Council, it was about population growth and had a huge nape of Te Puke on the floor.
